Add a little Mexican heritage to your Cinco de Mayo festitivites with this festive sombrero. This unique hat was constructed from a straw sombrero, blue and white striped ribbon, turquoise, lime and red felt and assembled using hot glue. Very easy to make and a great homemade centerpiece.
