Ghosts of all kinds are very popular when it comes to Halloween crafts… and if you still haven’t had enough ghosts, here’s another one! All you need is a paper or Styrofoam plate, some white paper streamers, and construction paper for the face and arms. Though if you want to hang it, you’ll need a ribbon or string of course.
